baisa combi fault?

heating will always cut off when you run a tap, all combi's give priority to hot water.

this is how it works but I assume you mean when you stop demanding hot water it doesn't go back to central heating??

Faulty diaphram
faulty switch
faulty diverter valve

Depends on model to how they work or whether they have the above parts or not
