Mend Indesit WM12X Washing Machine Blocked Filter

Filter for wm12x indesit washing machine?

We've been told our filter is blocked- hence our machine will not spin.
We have opened up the black cap at the bottom right hand side of the machine and removed some 'bits' from there. However, we cannot find a 'filter' for the fluff?
