Mend Shires Leaking Water Valve

leaking cistern needs washer?

I have a Shires cistern but after flushing the water keeps trickling into the pan.where can I obtain a new flush valve washer to fit. cant get one locally -tried 3 plumbers merchants. not having much luck on the internet.
