Mend Supra 60L Heating System Boiler Lockout

suprima 60L?

Our boiler has loud banging and locks out. Checked pump and pump had stopped. Have Kamco flushed the system completely (6hrs) changed 3 x TRVs in bedrooms,changed Pump . Everything great for about 3 hrs! Then banging started again , would this be stat problems? (over limit or boiler stat?)
