how do i remove the dashboard in a 2002 ford transit van ? ?

how do i remove the dashboard in a ford transit van 2002? My mobile phone has dropped down into the vent shaft and i cannot get it out without removing the dashboard/ front panel/sterio/vent area somehow. I can hear the phone ringing at the bottom of the central vent compartment. Help
