Mend Volkswagen Golf Wrong Central Locking

what is wrong with my central locking?

I have a 2001 vw golf, when i use the remote control to open all the doors it will only open the driver door. The door opening switch on the control panel me the drivers door however opens all the doors. Another thing that has occurred at the same time is the mileage trip counter will not zero. Have you got any ideas ?
