heater in ford transit 190 lwb 1997 not working?

are you sure you are at the correct fuse,there are a few fuse locations unused,would make sure you are at the correct position and repost with your result

reply back to answer, when i turn the heater on whether on hot or cold nothing happens at all. i checked the fuse there wasnt 1 so i bought a new 1 and it wont go into its slot, the fuse falls out because of the little mtal things which grip the fuse pins arnt there how do i get these and fit them. would it cost much if i took it to a garage to do, and would a garage give me a free quote to say whats the problem. thankyou if you can help me out with an answer or solution.

check wiring at switch,they were bad for burning out there and block connectors to heater fan also
