loosen the wheel nuts on both wheels, jack up onto axle stands, remove the wheels, take the anti-rattle springs off, behind the calipar should be 2 plastic covers, remove these, undo the 2 bolts, 7 or 8 mm allen key, using a large screwdriver between old pad and disc, push piston back as far as it will go, take old pads off, hang the calipar up so as not to strain the flexi-hose, there should be 2 bolts holding the calipar holder, remove these, undo the disc holding grub screw, tap old disc off with rubber mallet. clean new disc with brake cleaner to remove any grease, refitting is done in reverse order. put some copper ease on mating joints, when you have done both wheels, and car is back on the ground, pump the brake pedal until it grips the brakes properly, and remember no hard braking to allow pads to "bed in".
hope it helps
