jack up motor, support with stands, remove wheels, remove anti rattle spring wire on front of caliper, remove two rubber plugs on inside of caliper to reveal two 7mm hex bolts, caliper should pull off, remove pads, press in caliper piston with `g` cramp, clean up bridge where the pads are mounted and apply copaslip to all mating surfaces and reassemble in reverse,if your discs are scored or worn excessively now would be a good time to replace, just remove the two 17mm bolts holding the bridge on and the disc should come off with a sharp rap with a hammer and clean new disc with some brake cleaner to remove film of protective oil, good luck
