Mend LDV Pilot Model Fuel Tank

My LDV Pilot is surging?

My Pilot is an 03 model and has now developed a surge But this only happens when the fuel is at half a tank. iIt has been serviced regularly and has 27000 on the clock Once the tank is refilled the problem goes away untill the fuel reduces in the tank DIESEL

I have exactly the same problem as rj wilkins above, with my 1998 12 seat LDV Pilot minibus. Any one got any ideas?
