Mend Bianco INOX600PC Water Not Working

My Bianco water pump is not working?

I have a Bianco INOX600PC pump attached to my rain water tank and this supplies water to the house toilets and washing machine. Last night it decided not to work and keeps tripping out. When I press the reset button, the motor kicks in for about a millsecond before tripping out. Water will gravity feed through the pump. Has anybody got any ideas?
