Baumatic F60.2SS Cooker Hood Motor Problem?

Hi,

My Baumatic cooker hood motor was making a lot of vibrations and strange noises when it was working at level three. Now level three does not work at all, level two seems to supply the motor with power, I can hear the motor trying to rotate but is not powerfull enough and level one does not work or does not seem to make any effort to work!! Is not working at all. But at level two I can hear the motor trying to work but does not work.
Do I need a new motor? How do I fix it?
