Mend Wolsey Merry Tiller Start Remove Petrol

unable to start merry tiller cultivator?

The only way i can start my wolsey merry tiller cultivator is to remove the spark plug,pour some petrol into the piston cylinder, refit the spark plug and pull the starter cord.The cultivator will now fire up and run.
