Mend Zanussi TC480 Tumble Dryer Condenser Repair

how can I fix my Zanussi condenser tumble dryer tc480?

Th dryer is working but only dries on the delicate temperature, if I change it onto one of the other heat settings it does the same low delicate heat setting. What is the problem and can it be repaired?
