Golf 2ltr mk3 won't start?

My golf won't start it turns over good and fast, plugs are all fireing up. For a week or 2, 1 time out of 10 it would not start but after continually turning engine over it then would run rough till warm then fine. But now not even a hint of starting. I have no means to test codes etc and I'm skint please help

tyr removing a plug or two and see if they are wet with fuel,fuel may not be getting through,try some easy start also,if it goes you know you have a fuel issue,would see if there is an inline filter on it,it may need replacing if not done for a while,if no better you may have fuel pump/fuel cut off valve problems
