our Junkers eurostar combi boiler which runs on bottled gas is cutting out?
our villa in spain has a junkers eurostar combi boiler which runs on bottled gas and we were having problems with it cutting out and about 2 years ago we were advised to undo the gas pipe as it enters the boiler and let out any air that might be trapped and reconnect.this did the job and we thought we had cracked the problem but it keeps on requiring 'bleeding' even when we haven't changed any bottles.i have checked all the joints to make sure they are tight and not letting in any air but the problem seems to be getting worse.
any idea's ???
Thanks very much Reg I will give that a try when I go out next month. Also managed to get a service manual from Junkers by email so should be able to locate all the bleed points.
Will let you know if it worked.

We had a similar problem that was solved by bleeding the primary water system. I think all such boilers have indirect heating of the water to minimize scale build up ( very necessary in Andalucia ) You will have to search for bleed points unless you have a manual that points them out, and probably re-pressurize the primary system using the appropriate valve.
