my chaffoteaux & maury boiler wont light?

I had the same problem on mine and on my sisters boiler.The same brand,and not older than 3-4 years.It seems that this boiler brand is quite vulnerable.Mine problem was bigger-it was something happened with electronic that it just stopped working by itself(no damage at all)-so the repairman had to change whole electronic and charge me allot-that is the worst thing that could happened to it,and you cannot do anything about it but call the service.Unfortunately even if you have a minor problem like my sister had,you need to call a service in such case:her circuit or some kind of pump protection that guards the system from pressure drop also broke so it could not start the pump,but after we remove it and bypass it-we could,but it would be wiser to call the service to replace it,cause it is necessary for the system protection,even if it works without it.SIMPLER USUAL PROBLEMS YOU CAN FIX BY YOURSELF-like if the system has lost the water pressure-it will not start the pump,so you have to refill it again by turning the refill button until the pressure is out of the red area(it has to be between 1-2 bars,let say at lest about 1.2 bars)
