8EP 396 Optima Compact G3 - how do you change the battery?

I have a house alarm comprising of an 8EP 396 Optima Compact G3 with built in keypad plus an additional remote keypad.

How do you change the battery in the main panel? What is the step by step sequence?

I have the engineers code if this is part of the process?
