Mend Reavenheat CSI85 Fire Cycle Three

reavenheat csi85 got trouble?

my csi85 fire up for six second then stop, in about eight second it start again but repeat the stoping cycle three time before red light. any idear what is going on? please help!
ps. new pcb and fan control has been change ten days ago.
