After switching off the power supply.
Check the following:
Take condenser element out from the bottom of the front panel. (Open the dryer door, pull open the front bottom panel - it is hinged at the bottom. turn the three securing latches and pull out the condenser element.)
While the element is out, worth washing out any fluff.
Reach to the back of the condenser slot and clear out any fluff and gunge from the sump.
With the dryer pulled out to get access at the back, unscrew the 2 screws fixing the top cover. Push the cover back (from the front) to unlatch it and lift off. (with the water container removed, you can see how the lid latches on )
At the back, there is a white drain line that take excess water from the sump under the water reservoir) this may be blocked, so pull off the tube at the back and poke a wire down to move any obstruction. Clean fluff from around the holes.
Worth hoovering out any fulff inside the casing around the electrical components while the top is off. (with power off)
If the white drain is clear, then you need to check the black pipe for blockages.
Took me 1/2 hr to give the machine a good clean out and clear the white drain hole.
