How do i change the wings on a peugeot 206?

I recently had a small accident, there is now a large dent in the passenger side wing of my peugeot 206, the body shop has estimated it will cost around 300 quid to repair. I have however found replacement wings on ebay freely available for about 30-35 quid and i have found it will cost about 85 quid to have sprayed. I am just not sure about how to fit the wing pannel on to the car, people have suggested that it maybe wealded. However i can see no wealding and i can see a few screws under the bonnet that hold it down?
