Initially the drive wouldn't eject, all that happened was that you could hear it attempt it but it sounded like it was jammed. Tried pressing the reset button on it with a pin: didnt help. Then some how managed to force it open so now the drive is completely open but now when I put power back to it and it tries to shut it makes the same jamming sound like somethings blocking it from going backwards into the drive. How do I fix this?
