Mend Rangemaster 55 Gas Cooker

How can I fix my Leisure Rangemaster 55 Gas cooker?

The top, front facing panel that has the clock housing and gas taps protruding forward (the drop down grille door closes up to it) This has dropped down at the left hand side at the top.
Can I gain access from the panel beneath the 4 gas rings. I think a screw has come adrift but can find no visible access??
