fault finding on arangemaster 55 gas cooker?

I have a rangemaster 55 gas cooker and when I put the oven on the flame stays low no matter what setting I set it on.What is the fault and what do I need to do to fix it?

Call a corgie registered engineer, stop trying to save a few quid by messing with GAS it will only KILL you if you get it wrong.
