i have servis fridge freezer model, rf 4367e ,class n ?

the fridge is not really getting down in to right temp ie milk goes off which is usually good sign that theres a problem could any one give me list of where to start when this happens the freezer works perfect so am unsure wether it is thermastat thanks will be on here for bout 30 mins if any1 could help me ta
