In summary I had a power cut so the code was then needed for my video. I thought I remembered it but it appears not and I have foolishly had 3 attempts which has then protected the video. Is there anyway that this can be by-passed and if not is there any way of gaining 3 more attempts??
You can gain three more attempts by unplugging the video recorder for a short time. This should unlock it and give you some more attempts. Hope this works.
