Mend JCB PD215192 Chainsaw 16 Oil

How can I fix my JCB chainsaw PD215192 (16" chain)?

The chain oil is leaking from a hole next to the chain. Should there be a small pipe/spray device attached to this "hole" to lubricate the chain? At the moment, I am losing a great deal of oil.
