Mend JCB rotovator Start Turns Stops

jcb rotovator not working ?

jcb rotovator ran out of petrol i filled it then tried to start it turns over then stops cleaned out carb still not working the primer rubber push button is not squirting petrol into carb any ideas as to what i can do

take the sprek plug out and take the airfill off primer rubber push button and pull till tunrn over with thumb over the plug hole and do this few time.
