my smeg dwi710e1 dishwasher isnt draining ?

Hi, my smeg dwi710E1 has started to play up, im getting the
E1 error code, 1st light on and the 5th light flashing but if i try and rest this two things happen, first the number 1 light goes out but the 5th one stays on, and even when the door is open the unit starts it program .

i have tried letting it run a projram but when i open the door there is still water in the bottom and im not able to change any setting ?

if anyone can help i would be very grateful
