Mend Simpson MADXIDRY 1000 Tumble Dryer Drum Pulley

is there special way to put the belt around the pully?

SIMPSON MADXIDRY 1000 I have put the belt around the drum & around the wheel but, the drum still is not spinning when the machine is turned on. is there a specal way to but the drum & belt on? could someone please advise HELP
