Mend Dell D600 Laptop Flashing Power

My Dell Latitude D600 Problem?

Am listing to music on my dell laptop and it suddenly went off and since then have been unable to use it. If I power it
the power lite will flash for few second and later went off without showing anything on the screen. Please how can i Amend This Problem as a computer engineer?
