Mend Bompani BO 6001 Oven Cooker Thermostat

Bompani electric oven/grill cooker?

Both elements are fine.Once turned on the fan and the light comes on in the oven.The lights illuminate on the display,but the grill nor the oven elements get warm.No heat at all.Could it be that the thermostat has gone if indeed there is a thermostat.Please advice
