Mend CANON MD110 Camera Repair Canon

Video Camera CANON MD110, how to fix it?

The problem is: the power button switch normally but in every pocition you turn it, the video camera works only as player and doesn't show the recording mode.
Do you have any repairing manual to share or suggestion on how to repair it?
