cb 24 not working?

a few days ago we could smell exhaust fumes and no hot water yesterday boiler would'nt come on and amber led B flashing, have tried restarting fan comes on atemps to spark than nothing! it was fitted new a few years ago but only started to use it in last three month,any help please?
