russell hobbs steam glide pro steam generator 2200w model no 14721?

water is coming through the base part under neath where i put the water tank. it is correctly on and cant seem to stop water pumping out ?

Could be a small hole in black tubes that feed the boiling plate. If plastic body is getting hot then the boiling plate seal has popped and you will have to take it apart and reseal it.
