nick thank you for your comment,i have been in the trade for over thirty years,i have seen and heard from every sort of customer,as am sure alarm guy has,we know the gen public are not clued up,we give our advice,if they use it fine,if they dont,thats fine too,so please dont patronize us,we dont need it

Guys i think you should remember that the general public are clue-less about alarms, Yes we do repeat ourselves but they dont understand.
I do come across the odd person who i wont help, simply because they say they know all about electronics because they are an engineer in computers or similiar.
On the whole most people are really nice and just looking for some assistance.
