Mend Diplomat ADP8352 Dishwasher Filling Drain

Diplomat dishwasher ADP8352 not filling up with water?

Diplomat dishwasher ADP8352 not filling up with water. Tried various programs but the water does not fill up - only a very small amount of water comes through. But when I then put a rinse program on the water drains away.
