Mend Whirlpool DWF416 Dishwasher Start

from whirlpool for ikea - diswasher dwf 416?

My whirpool dishwasher is not completing the cycle. The start light stays on and flashes whilst bleeping continuously. I cannot change the programme, or do anthing to stop the bleeping even when I turn it off and on again.
