Mend Beko Q900GRF

Q900GRF not relight?

Both ovens and grill sometime (most times) does not relight after reaching temperature and cooling.

This has been happening after about a years use. We have been simply turning off and on again.

Would like an explanation, as all parts are working, design fault possibly. Has had limited use and should not be exhibiting this sort of problem.
