No I don't. I used to sell Embedded Software and so I understand how STBs work.

More to the point did I answer the question? Which I found a little vague (What service? What box? What the problem was?, etc.) hence the two answers.

If you have a Cable Subscription, call your Cable company.

If however you mean that you have box that used to decrypt subscription channels and no longer does so, try searching here on the word Nagravision3 and all will be revealed. Basically those boxes do not work any more.
