Mend Rover 25 Stopped Working Reverse

Rover 25 Automatic?

My gearbox has stopped working. It drives in low gear and reverse but doesn't change gear. The indicator lights next to the gear lever are not coming on. Has anyone seen this problem before?

It will need to go on diagnostic. Look at live data - no road speed = no up shift. Could be problem with TCU , it sits in a tray under the radio on tunnel. It gets contaminated with coolant/air con oil etc. New computers are just over £100 plus VAT.
