can i change the stub axel?

my renault kangoo van 55 plate has been involved in an accident while parked up, and the rear right stub axel looks bent as the gap between the hub and the backing plate are tight at the top and wide at the bottom, can a new stub axel be fitted or will i have to change the complete axel
