90's sea doo spx bombardier?

it has set up for sometime, tried to start it ,will crank ok and will run a little time if i spray starter fluid in carb , but won't hit a lick on it's own . can somebody give me some advice on what might be wrong.

check the fuel line and the fuel filter there could be deposits blocking the gas. If it has been sitting for more than a two years drain the gas tank and put in fresh gas. the ethenal in todays gas breaks down if it sits around to long.
