Mend Glowworm Betacom 24c Heating Fault

how do i get my glowworm boiler to work or find out whats wrong?

my glowworm betacom 24c was working fine i went to sleep and in the morning the heat wont start properly.
I've turn on the hot water tap on and it seems to work until you stop the flowing tap it gets cold again.its the same with radiator.
