how can i get my sharp model 20r-sc work?

l am a repairer.l have 20" sharp color tv model 20r-sc to repair.lt goes off to standby within five or ten seconds when you switch it on.
Meanwhile it works without sound when the service switch on.
l need an expect idea to repair the set.
