The printer spooler is not starting automatically?

Try this:

If you have a windows CD, copy SPOOLSV.EXE to C:\WINDOWS\system32. make sure the extension is exe (you might have to left click the file and add the last e), double click it.

Right click my computer, click manage, on the left click services and applications, click services. On the right side, look for print spooler, double left click on it, select start, close the system services window.
