I have opened the carb managed to everything except for the nozzle tube - could not get it out - is there a special tool need.

thanks that helped, I have removed the first nozzle as suggested how ever there is a second tube inside which seems to be stuck any suggestions as I think this is the one that needs cleaning.

It's a very very narrow shouldered flat bladed driver. Be careful if you have a go with any old tool as you can easily damage it and the thread.
