Mend Peugeot 206 Driving Noise

peugeot 206 1.1 LX?

when driving my car,i hear a noise which goes when i put my foot on the excelerater,but when i brake the noise is there,or go down a bank,i take my foot of the brake or excelerator . it makes a ticking kind of noise,or something spinning .i have just put brake fluid in,and also gear box oil,to see ig this resolved the problem .but the noise is still there,
