Mend GE JVM132K-002 Making Noise Heat

ge JVM132K-002 spacemaker over the range microwave?

My GE JVM132K-002 microwave is making a strange humming noise and doesn't seem to heat anymore. The light is still working as is the clock. Is it time to buy a new one?

Mine went Pop while cooking spaghetti was steaming it up above, and now it only hums with no heat. Smells like something electrical burning when I try it.
