Husband got a virus "security suite" and Hhas used his virus protection and scanned 4 times. Each time he uses it, it does grab it and quarantines it. However, after he restarts his computer, it pops back up...again and again. What it wants is for him to go to "their website" and click to do a "scan" while it takes your personal information. He can not seem to get rid of it. He can't even get on the internet or open any of his programs. Please PLEASE somebody help him!! Thank you in advance!
Try uninstalling any programs which you have recently installed. One of them may have installed this virus. You could also try to roll back your machine to a previous backup or system snapshot.
